Counseling Department

The math department offers math tutoring every hour except for 1st and 7th. Math tutoring is located in the Student Center, in one of the side rooms, across from Mr. Gerber's classroom. Students need a pass from their math teacher or their study hall teacher to attend math tutoring.

• Hour 5 - Ms. Arnebeck
• Hour 7 - Mr. McCartan

Credit recovery is  ONLY for students that have failed a class. If you have any questions about what credits you need to make up or you are interested in starting credit recovery, please contact your school counselor.

Credit Recovery

• Students will only be placed in two courses at a time. Once those courses are completed, students can add more to their schedule.
• Students cannot be enrolled in more than 10 credits per semester– this includes your regular Simley schedule AND your credit recovery courses combined. Students MUST have passing grades in their current courses before starting credit recovery. 
• The semester you complete your credit in is the semester it counts towards. For example, if you start a credit during the first semester, but you don’t finish it until the second semester, it will count towards your second semester credit limit. 
• Students MUST attend weekly credit recovery sessions on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM. 
• Your Odysseyware account, where you complete your credit recovery course, will be activated and your class(es) will be loaded when you attend your first Wednesday credit recovery session. 
• If you are not in attendance on a Wednesday, your credit recovery course(s) will be placed on hold. The hold will NOT be taken off until you attend the next credit recovery session, the following Wednesday.
